The Noble Glitch provides web development, app builds, server setup, AI integration, and software platform services. Scope of work is agreed upon before any project starts — verbally, via message, or in writing. We do what we say we'll do.
You own your content, your data, and your intellectual property. We don't claim ownership of anything you provide or that we build specifically for you. We may list your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
Code, systems, and platforms we build remain our intellectual property until final payment is received in full. After full payment, you own the deliverable as agreed. Noble platform products (Noble Dispatch, Noble Coworkers, Noble Hub, etc.) are licensed to you — not sold. Arya Hub software is never sold under any circumstance.
We build on top of third-party platforms, APIs, and hosting providers. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes by those providers (Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, VPS providers, etc.). We'll always work to resolve issues fast.
The Noble Glitch is not liable for lost revenue, lost data, or consequential damages resulting from our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
Noble Enterprises agreements are governed by the specific contract signed between The Noble Glitch and the client. Those terms override this general Terms of Service where they conflict. Contracts are bound to the named business, owner, and team. They do not transfer to new ownership, mergers, or acquisitions without a new agreement.
We may update these terms. When we do, the "Last updated" date changes. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be handled in Pima County, AZ.
